PENGARUH E-SATISFACTION ON RE-USE INTENTION PADA PLATFORM BCA MOBILE BANKING

In this modern era, all activities are based on technology. One of them is the economic sector, economies starting to switch using advanced technology such as e-banking. And one determinants company's success increase re-use intention mobile banking applications high level user satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach by spreading questionnaires and measurements carried out Likert scale. research was conducted BCA Mobile Banking platform, where population in users. Purposive sampling techniques were used determining number samples totaling 102 people, data analyzed SPSS software with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that e-satisfaction had positive significant effect reuse intentions
